Alexandra and her twin sister Madelynn were born three months permature by emerency c-section. Alex suffered a grade 3-brain hemorrhage. Her APGAR score was zero wich means she had to be ressuscitated immedialy.She weighed 1lb 11oz. Alex and her sister Maddie were given a 50/50 change of servival. The doctors did not know what kind of vegatatvie state Alex would be in. Her parents told the doctors "just keep her alive and we will do the rest."She was not suppoused to breath,walk,or eat on her own. Now Alexandra is a Senior at Bethany Lutheran College in Mankato,MN studying Commucations.
